Danger Mouse talks @ The Hammer

Want to start your week off right? Come to the Hammer Museum on Monday night @ 7PM, and hear DJ Danger Mouse talk about his career, the state of music etc etc...
Oh and guess what? It's free.
"DJ, producer, and 2006 L.A. Film Festival Artist in Residence Danger Mouse (Brian Burton)garnered attention for his 2004 underground The Grey Album, a mash-up of Jay-Z’s The Black Album and The Beatles’s The White Album. In 2005, he was recognized with a Grammy nomination for his production of The Gorillaz's Demon Days. Most recently, Danger Mouse collaborated with Cee-Lo to release the album St. Elsewhere under the name Gnarls Barkley.
Los Angeles DJ Jason Bentley hosts KCRW’s Metropolis and KROQ’s Afterhours, regular radio shows featuring progressive pop, electonica, and dance music. Founder of Quango records, Bentley has been a music supervisor for many films, including The Matrix.
Bentley joins Danger Mouse for a conversation about underground music, mixing new sounds with technology, and the adrenaline of performing to a sold out crowd."(Hammer)
